Relaxando para me esvaziar

Me deito sozinho em nuvens de penas de gansos gigantes, meu corpo flutua em extremo conforto, relaxado na maciez do sono. Esvazio pensamentos, abro espaço descarregando as marcas que mancharam o quadro branco da mente. Desligo os fluxos das conexões que alimentam o meu mundo de retalhos de experiencias vividas, imaginadas, intuídas. Seguro o máximo que consigo, como quem prende a respiração e depois de um tempo inspira o ar dos mais puros, e libero todos os canais de pensamentos, imagens, lembranças, conclusões, padrões, probabilidades, certezas, humor, ironia, compaixão, amor, amizade, e tudo que pensamos ser esse mundo inventado de verdade. 

I lie alone in clouds of feathers of giant geese, my body floats in extreme comfort, relaxed in the softness of sleep. Empty thoughts, I open space unloading the marks that stained the whiteboard of the mind. I disconnect the flows of the connections that feed my world from fragments of lived, imagined, intuitive experiences. Hold as much as I can, as if holding the breath and after a while inspires the air of the purest, and I release all channels of thoughts, images, memories, conclusions, standards, probabilities, certainties, humor, irony, compassion, love, friendship, and everything that we think is this truly invented world.

Ich liege allein in Wolken von Federn von Riesengänsen, mein Körper schwebt in extremem Komfort, entspannt in der Weichheit des Schlafs. Leere Gedanken, ich öffne den Raum und lösche die Spuren, die das Whiteboard des Geistes beflecken. Ich trenne die Flüsse der Verbindungen, die meine Welt ernähren, von Fragmenten gelebter, imaginierter, intuitiver Erfahrungen. Soviel ich kann, als würde ich den Atem anhalten und nach einer Weile die Luft des Reinsten einatmen, und ich lasse alle Kanäle von Gedanken, Bildern, Erinnerungen, Schlussfolgerungen, Standards, Wahrscheinlichkeiten, Gewissheiten, Humor, Ironie, Mitgefühl, Liebe frei , Freundschaft und alles, was wir denken, ist diese wahrhaft erfundene Welt.
